What style of yoga will be on this retreat? Who is this retreat for?

This retreat focuses on Multi-level yoga practitioners with vinyasa yoga experience.

You’ll participate in two daily yoga practices:

  • A dynamic morning Vinyasa flow designed to energize and strengthen

  • A deeply restorative, meditative evening practice rooted in subtle body and Yin principles

What are the accommodation options?

You can choose from:

  • Single occupancy (private room)

  • Double occupancy (shared with one roommate)

Reminder, only a few rooms include en-suite bathroom.

Which airport do I fly into?

Fly into Phoenix International Airport. The Pyramid home is approximately a 2-hour drive from the airport, depending on traffic.

Can I join solo?

Yes! Most of our students come alone and leave with lifelong friends. We’ll pair you with a roommate if needed and support you in every step of the journey.

What’s included in the cost?

Our all-inclusive package is designed to make your journey seamless and stress-free. It includes:

  • Accommodation at a luxury home in Sedona, AZ

  • Multiple nourishing meals per day

  • Full access to the house and amenities 

  • Yoga mats and props can be provided but we encourage students to bring their own.

What is Sedona known for:

Sedona is famous for its striking red rock landscapes, energy vortexes, outdoor recreation and spiritual wellness. Sedona is both visually stunning and energetically alluring.

When should I arrive and depart?

We recommend arriving into Sedona the day of the retreat. You 

  • Arrival day: Check-in at the house is 3pm. There will be practice and dinner.

  • Departure: Final class is held the morning of the last day; check-out is at 11am.

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Because we incur costs on your behalf from the time of booking, we cannot offer refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

What type food is included?

Our private chef will accommodate all dietary restrictions and news by providing nutritious buffet-style menu with vegetarian and omnivore options. Dishes include fresh salads, grilled fish or meats, legumes, vegetables, eggs, yogurt, pasta, and more. We’re happy to accommodate allergies and special dietary needs. Enjoy wholesome meals that support your practice—and yes, wine with dinner is welcome!
