I'm a movement professional from Los Angeles. My background is in orthopedic rehabilitation which, over the years, built me a career working with professional athletes, celebrities, and people who are serious enough about their bodies that they eventually stopped accepting surface-level answers.

I went deep into sports medicine, movement science, and the clinical side of how bodies actually function. And what I kept seeing — across every population I worked with — was the same gap. People were moving. They were practicing. They were trying. But no one had given them the foundation: why we move, how movement actually works in the body, and what skills you actually need to keep moving well for the rest of your life.

The wellness world is loud. A lot of what it's selling is noise. I built Sequential Body to go underneath all of that — to offer something closer to real education than what most platforms provide.

These classes take you beyond the superficiality of what you'd find on a scroll and into a level of understanding that actually changes how you move. You'll learn what your body is designed to do. You'll feel the difference between following a shape and understanding why your body is in it. And you'll start to build the skills that compound — the ones that matter at 40, 60, and beyond.
