I'm a movement professional from Los Angeles now based in Bali. My background is in sports medicine which, over the years, built me a career working with professional athletes, celebrities, and people who are serious enough about their bodies that they eventually stopped accepting surface-level answers.

These classes take you beyond the superficiality of what you'd find on a scroll and into a level of understanding that actually changes how you move. You'll learn what your body is designed to do. You'll feel the difference between following a shape and understanding why your body is in it. And you'll start to build the skills that compound — the ones that matter at 40, 60, and beyond.
