July 3-10, 2027 · Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica
Where the jungle meets the Pacific on Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula, a small group gathers for one week of practice. Emi is teaching alongside Jennifer Perry and Chad Dennis of Roam LA. Three teachers, one location, seven days of real work in the body.
COSTA RICA YOGA RETREAT
A Week Inside The Practice, With Roam LA
The Experience
The week is built around two practices a day, and real time in the body between them.
Mornings run long: 90 to 120 minutes, with room to work through actual joint mechanics and sequencing that goes past a standard flow class. Expect traditional asana alongside concepts drawn from physical therapy, Pilates, and mobility training, the same integration Emi teaches through Sequential Body. Evenings slow down. We use props and a quieter pace to let the nervous system catch up with the body.
Outside of practice, the Osa Peninsula is yours. Surf a world class break, hike to a waterfall, ride horses along the beach, get a massage, or do nothing at all.
