JULY 3–10, 2027 | OSA PENINSULA, COSTA RICA
Join Emilie Perz, Jennifer Perry, and Chad Dennis for seven days of dedicated yoga practice, thoughtful instruction, and meaningful connection in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
THE PRACTICE
THREE MASTER TEACHERS. ONE EXTRAORDINARY WEEK OF YOGA.
THE PRACTICE
Somewhere along the way, yoga retreats became more about the vacation than the yoga itself. Beautiful destinations and curated experiences took center stage, while the opportunity to actually study, refine, and deepen our practice became an afterthought.
We're bringing the practice back to the center of the retreat experience.
For one week, three master teachers with decades of experience will come together to offer something increasingly rare: the time, attention, and quality of instruction that allows students to move beyond simply taking classes and genuinely advance their understanding of yoga.
Expect intelligent sequencing, detailed asana exploration, hands-on learning, breathwork, meditation, and opportunities to ask questions, explore new perspectives, and reconnect with the discipline and curiosity that make yoga such a lifelong practice.
And we'll be doing all of this surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of Costa Rica.
An opportunity to go beyond the ordinary yoga class.
What makes this retreat special isn't simply the amount of yoga we'll be practicing, but the opportunity to learn from three experienced teachers, each bringing their own knowledge, methods, and perspectives to the mat.
Our extended morning practices will explore traditional yoga asana, alignment, biomechanics, creative sequencing, and movement principles drawn from years of teaching and study. We'll make time to break down postures, refine technique, understand the purpose behind the movements, and explore the details that often get overlooked in a regular studio class.
Evenings offer a quieter approach through restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, and reflection.
Whether you're a longtime practitioner, a teacher, or someone who simply wants more from their yoga practice, this is an opportunity to learn, challenge yourself, and experience what happens when exceptional teaching meets genuine curiosity.
THE DESTINATION
Where the rainforest meets the Pacific.
Nestled along Costa Rica's spectacular Osa Peninsula, our home for the week is the beautiful Todo Amor retreat property, a collection of tropical homes and open-air gathering spaces surrounded by lush jungle, exotic wildlife, and the Pacific Ocean.
Imagine waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys and tropical birds, practicing yoga surrounded by nature, and spending your afternoons exploring some of the most breathtaking scenery Costa Rica has to offer.
Between practices, enjoy surfing, waterfall hikes, horseback riding along the beach, massages, or simply relaxing by the pool. Fresh, locally prepared meals bring us together each day, with plenty of time for conversation, connection, and enjoying the beauty of where we are.
The environment is extraordinary, and while our focus is on yoga, there's no shortage of opportunities to experience everything that makes this part of Costa Rica so special.

COME BACK TO THE PRACTICE.
Great teaching has the ability to change the way we understand our bodies, our movement, and our relationship to yoga.
We've brought together three master teachers, an extraordinary location, and a full week dedicated to the kind of thoughtful, detailed instruction that deserves more space in modern yoga.
Come for the practice. Stay for everything that makes Costa Rica extraordinary.
