At Sequential Body, our affiliates are the teachers who shape our community. With expertise in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and holistic wellness, they’ve been chosen for their skill, integrity, and ability to inspire.

Who We Are

Sequential Body is more than a platform—it’s a collective of wellness professionals. Founded with the belief that movement should be intelligent, accessible, and transformative, we work with teachers who embody these values in everything they do.

Our affiliates are experienced yoga and Pilates educators who share a common purpose: to help students not only move better, but also feel more connected, resilient, and empowered in their daily lives.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

For years, our founder Emilie traveled the world teaching yoga, Pilates, and therapeutic movement. Along the way, she connected with incredible teachers and students, witnessing the challenges they faced—burnout, injury, and a lack of resources to truly support both the body and mind.

What began as a few classes and private sessions quickly grew into something bigger. Emilie saw a need for a space that blended science-backed movement with soulful teaching, where people could learn, practice, and grow together—whether they were brand-new students, seasoned practitioners, or teachers themselves.

Today, Sequential Body continues to evolve, offering online classes, in-person retreats, and continuing education. Through every sequence, workshop, and shared moment, we remain dedicated to honoring the journey of movement—meeting each student exactly where they are, and guiding them toward what’s possible.
