WHAT SETS THIS TRAINING APART

12-DAY IMMERSIVE RETREAT IN ULUWATU, BALI

HYBRID MODEL: ONLINE + IN-PERSON

Begin with self-paced study on SequentialBody.com, then deepen in person. This format allows time to absorb, reflect, and integrate—before and after your time in Bali.

LED BY EXPERIENCED, MULTI-MODEL TEACHERS

Your teachers bring decades of experience in yoga, Pilates, and therapeutic movement. You’ll be guided by educators who have trained teachers, taught globally, and worked clinically.

SMALL GROUP, BIG SUPPORT

We cap the training at 24 students so you receive personalized feedback, real-time mentorship, and plenty of space to ask questions and grow confidently.

ANATOMY, ALIGNMENT & NERVOUS SYSTEM-BASED

You’ll learn how to teach from the body—not just from choreography. Expect smart sequencing, injury-aware alignment, and breathwork tools to support nervous system regulation.

Dee is a yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator, and a forever student of this path.

Her teaching style is strong, heart-centered, and rooted in alignment, with plenty of space for you to show up as you are. Just one week after graduating from her own YTT, Dee began teaching at a 5-star hotel in Tulum—and she’s been pouring that real-world experience into training grounded, embodied teachers ever since.

Dee is also certified in yin and restorative yoga, and she often teaches “sweat to surrender” flows—blending strong, intelligent movement with deep, nourishing stillness. That same balance of structure and surrender will shape your experience here, too.

Emilie is an international yoga educator, movement therapist, and founder of Sequential Body, a digital studio dedicated to empowering yoga, Pilates, and wellness professionals through intelligent, anatomy-informed movement.

With over 20 years of experience and 1,000+ hours of advanced training in orthopedic rehab and sports medicine, Emilie blends science-backed methods with yoga philosophy to create purposeful, progressive practices. She’s worked with clinical rehab centers, trained teachers at top institutions like YogaWorks and Equinox, and developed anatomy curriculum for leading wellness brands.

Now based between Bali and Southern California, Emilie specializes in advanced vinyasa, active recovery, prenatal, Pilates, and therapeutic yoga. Her signature approach helps students build strength, restore function, and feel deeply connected to their bodies.
