This individual should be able to design, create, and deliver marketing strategies to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role requires someone who can plan digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, create and publish written and visual content to support marketing initiatives, optimize marketing funnels to improve app and website performance, and provide creative solutions for long-term subscriber retention. 


Job Duties include:

  • Research advertising trends to grow email list 

  • Identify target audiences to establish a direction campaign placement

  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads

  • Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such newsletters, and event support materials

  • Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development

  • knowledge of SEO and adwords programs

  • Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.


Core skills required: 


Business Savvy: Should have previous sales and customer service experience in order to understand how to appeal to different audiences and seek to expand our customer base. 


Digital Literacy: Some experience navigating social media such as Facebook and Instagram and understand how keywords boost marketing effectiveness. 


Organized Work Habits: Their organizational skills can help them keep track of your company’s promotional needs and compliance requirements while producing appealing ad copy according to your specifications. Key skills include:


Research Ability: Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

Small digital fitness brand looking for a Content Creator to write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s web pages, like articles, online courses and social media posts.

Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business. Please share samples of your work along with your resume.


Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.



Job Duties include:

  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms

  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products

  • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts

  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)

  • Update our websites as needed



Core skills required:

Digital Literacy: Familiarity with SEO analytics and popular marketplace trends.


Organized Work Habits: Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
