You CAN do them!

I love flying high, however, it took years for me to find balance. Back in my formative years of inversions, there were NO walls of support to hold you up. You practiced in the middle of the room and either nailed it or not.


Those early years of asana practice paved a path of dedication that I still live by. Below are the three best words of advice I have for arm balances. 
Go For It - Do the launch. Start the thing. Whatever it is, I promise you the road will pave itself, but you must be brave enough to take the risk and willing enough to stay on the journey.  
Be Brave - Nothing good comes from acting out of fear and hesitation.  
Have Discipline - Commitment is everything. When you dedicate your energy purposefully to one place You will see results. But it takes that much discipline.
